Audacity Health is a brand strategy and activation agency that builds powerful, human-centric brands in the healthcare and life sciences industries. Our integrated approach combines strategy, creative, digital, media, and market research to help innovative brands thrive.
We’re looking for an independently motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support business development, content creation, and paid media initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in healthcare/science marketing, brand strategy, digital media, and business development to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, strategy and creative agency.
• Support research on potential clients, competitors, and opportunities for outreach.
• Help track lead status from first contact to proposal.
• Assist in updating and mai/ntaining lead databases (HubSpot CRM).
• Prepare summary reports on new business pipeline and conversion rates.
• Assist in developing content for organic marketing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, blog posts, email campaigns).
• Work cross functionally to compile agency insights into thought leadership content for different audiences.
• Repurpose existing agency case studies and content for lead generation and awareness.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in life sciences, marketing, business, communications, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong writing and editing skills (bonus if you have experience writing for marketing or social media).
• Interest in digital marketing, brand strategy, and business development.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and research skills.
• Comfortable working with PowerPoint, Google Docs, and marketing tools (experience with paid media platforms is a plus).
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Hands-on experience in content marketing, business development, and paid media.
• Exposure to the healthcare and life sciences industry and its unique branding challenges.
• A chance to collaborate with experienced strategists and marketers in a dynamic agency environment.
• A portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills in content creation, research, and marketing execution.
This is a part-time, hourly, remote position. The successful candidate must provide their own working space and internet connection. Audacity may provide computer + peripherals if needed. Working hours are flexible but must accommodate virtual meetings during 9am-5pm PST. Expected salary range for this position is between $15 – 20 per hour, depending on experience.
