Audacity is looking for a Market Research Associate to support with quantitative and qualitative research projects for our healthcare and life sciences clients. This role will regularly support the project’s Research Lead and requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully multi-task in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Role + Responsibilities
Help develop, program, and test survey questionnaires using online platform to ensure overall survey quality
Support Research Lead with the creation of discussion guides for 1-on-1 interviews or focus groups
Participate on customer interviews with client stakeholders and target customers
Provide regular communications on project progress across teams (internal, with client, and with external vendors)
Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome, and/or escalate project challenges in a timely manner
Analyze and summarize research findings in a simplified, informative style
Support with conducting result readout presentations to internal and client stakeholders
Operate as agency point-of-contact with external vendors throughout project lifecycle
Help advance internal team’s overall research capabilities by investigating new methodologies, approaches, or tools/solutions
Review project post-mortem for internal team to help guide business development efforts
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, computer science, data science, economics, analytics or other related analytical discipline
Previous market research experience or certifications is desired
Strong experience in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Moderate-to-strong experience with either the analysis of large data sets or 1-on-1 interview / focus group moderation
Meticulous mindset; no “t” left uncrossed and no “i” left undotted
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and make progress on multiple concurrent projects as well as share progress with your team
Self-starter who brings drive and energy to their work
Critical thinker that considers all the information available before making judgements and adapts accordingly
Quick, independent learner
Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Prior exposure to healthcare and life sciences industries is a plus
